    A wonderful, comfortable hotel with attentive and friendly staff.

    Somehow, a review of this hotel with a rating of 1/10 appeared under my name. This is clearly a mistake. Please disregard it!

    o hotel é bom mas a situação foi caótica

    da infraestrutura do hotel que está ao nível do preço que paguei

    O checkin foi um caos total. Estava temporal em Barcelona, os voos tinham sido todos cancelados. As pessoas chegaram todas as mesmo tempo ao hotel mas, ainda assim, a receção recebia um cliente a cada dez minutos, não estou a exagerar. Cheguei às 22H45m e entrei no quarto às 01H50m e está tudo dito. O lado positivo foi que as pessoas se portaram bastante bem para o nível de stress que existia. O lado negativo é que o hotel não tinha Backup Plan e a receção funcionava muito lentamente. Houve uma funcionária que ajudou a acalmar a situação, era uma "camarera", segundo disse, e conseguiu contribuir para que as pessoas não se exaltassem e mantivessem a calma. Parabéns à senhora.
