    Very Pleasant Staff

    Had breakfast during my stay and I have to say that it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful which makes for a welcoming atmosphere. Well done to Chirstina, Adriana and Tracy, also a mention the the chefs Sandra and Lukman. 👍

    Brilliant staff and so helpful

    Absolutely brilliant place to stay. I loved the fact that you can book for breakfast and dinner included in your stay. Makes it cheaper and convenient when travelling with family. Rooms are very clean and the cleaning team leave a lovely note in the room for you. The Bar and Restaurant staff are super helpful. The resident chef is brilliant. Food prepared freshly and delicious. The highlight of our stay was front desk staff, Jake. Such a wonderful and welcoming person. Very kind and interactive with everyone. Wish we could clone Jake for other hotels! Thanks a million IHG Basildon. You are the best. The only negative is the accessibility for breakfast. Hotel doesnt have a lift to go up to the breakfast restaurant although they offer to bring it to the restaurant downstairs for you.
