I stay here every time when I come back to Beijing. Great location, friendly staff, comfy rooms. Lucy at the front desk is always exceptional in every aspect of her service!

Warm staff and thoughtful service, but outdated rooms, cigarette smell, and inconvenient location
The staff members were generally kind, polite, and attentive. On a rainy day, they kindly provided raincoats to guests, and they even prepared a lovely small cake for a birthday, which was a very sweet and memorable gesture.
Cigarette smell & outdated rooms: Upon check-in, our initial room had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke, so we requested a room change. While the staff accommodated us, the second room still had a lingering smoke odor, and overall, the facilities and interior felt quite old and dated. Location & transport: The hotel sits on a busy main road, but there are very few restaurants within walking distance, forcing us to take taxis for most meals and outings. Public transport is not very convenient either—it takes more than 20 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station. Breakfast: The breakfast price felt far too expensive for what was offered.
