    perfect.. we use this hotel as it fits all our needs,,, cleanest hotel in Cebu.

    Serious Concerns About the Hotel’s Safety Procedures and Emergency Preparedness

    The hotel has a good location, but unfortunately, that is the only positive thing we can say about our stay.

    A false fire alarm went off very late at night, turning what should have been a routine safety precaution into a frightening experience for everyone staying at the hotel. We had to evacuate from the 19th floor all the way down to the lobby, without any assistance or guidance from hotel security or staff. The lack of support during such a stressful situation was extremely concerning and raised serious questions about the hotel's emergency preparedness. What made the experience even more disappointing was the hotel's response afterward. As compensation for this serious service failure, we were offered just one bottle of water. We understand that false alarms can happen, but the lack of assistance, communication, and genuine concern for guests' safety was unacceptable. A good location cannot make up for poor emergency management and disappointing customer service.
