I'd definitely stay there again.
The breakfast selections were good! My muffin with the eggs Benedict wasn't toasted though.
The employees driving the resort trucks drove very fast through the property and didn't seem to slow down at all for the guests. They also drove quite in the middle of the road/parking lot. Our only big complaint! Also, there needed to be more people at the reservation desk. It was a long line!

The restaurants at Grand Geneva hotel were terrible particularly Grand Cafe serving food cold heated up from day before some of it, and missing ingredients in the middle of the week while hotel is full capacity, the front revolving door had a sign push for 2 days I was there, and I don't know how long it had not been working, the spa is dated and when you want to book a service, no availability, they let the staff go for the rest of the day, even though it's only before 1pm all techicians are gone, the bathrooms in the main lodge of Grand Geneva were not working the second day I was there, when you walk in you see everything, horrible, filthy, not sure what star hotel would allow it. Some of the vibe is still there, but when I arrived and was handed a key for Holiday in vacation club the front desk handed me info that they are gonna start working on the roof in the building I am staying at 9 am in the morning, I said I would have liked being informed before I booked a room and asked if I could be moved to another room, he said no, it's out of their hands.
