There was a dead cockroach underneath the cabinet near the pots. Other than that the room was clean and great!!

I enjoyed my stay. Our signature room was exceptional. Our fridge was not working and when we called, help arrived within the hour. They couldn't repair it and promptly replaced it. Great service done with a smile. I plan on booking another stay soon. (I hope all of the elevators are soon in working order, the only hiccup)

Great experience except the occupants of the room above us were very loud, I don’t blame the property.

Time share beware!!
Beware this is a time share in disguise as a hotel room - they attempt to make your check in process drag on with explanations of all their “amenities” and they want to coerce you into signing up for an additional 90 minute presentation. They drag on this explanation without giving you the room key or parking pass thereby forcing you to stand there for a long time. I finally had to walk away as soon as I got my key. The room itself was spacious, but you can tell it’s not high-quality fixtures. One towel rack fell off the wall when we just reached to take off the towel and there were ants in the bathroom. Also the beautifully pictured pool by the beach is only for their “signature” timeshare members and not available to us booking through this website. Another deception! Knowing now that something labeled a “vacation club” is actually a timeshare, I will never stay at this property or one like it again.
