    The hotel is definitely not new and it shows in the little things. The service and quality of the facility is excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only detractions are that it is an older facility. The carpet in the hallways is dated and bears the stains of many high strength cleanings, with bleached out spots. The elevator floors have had the tiles patched with non-matching sealer that makes the floor look worse than a broken tile would look. The wall covering around the elevator controls are in need of replacement, showing many years of guests' dirty hands and attempts to clean the stains left on the walls. Overall, for the rates, I would say it is a good value. Obviously, it's not a luxury hotel, but with a few touches, it could regain the elegance it appears it once had.

    We don't have a good review of this hotel. The carpets were stained to the point that they felt very dirty. The chair in our room was either filthy or had been cleaned so many times that it looked worn out and filthy. We didn't sit in it at any time during our 3 day stay. There was only one working ice machine out of the three in the hotel. The hallway carpets in front of the elevators on floors 2-4 were rippled making them unsafe for any disabled/handicapped persons - which included both of us. The Expedia website said there was a restaurant on site. The website said there was cook-to-order breakfast but didn't list anything about dinner. In searching for the restaurant's webpage it said it was open for dinner from 4-9 PM Tuesday-Saturday, which is why we picked this hotel over the other hotel that we were considering. It was only open for breakfast. We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The hotel desperately needs a remodel. We gave it two stars for cleanliness and property condition because the bathroom was clean and well maintained. The staff was always friendly, polite and very helpful.
