    The day before yesterday — aside from the male staff member on the first day, the other employees seemed quite cold and indifferent. On the day I checked in, there was a hair inside the towel on the bathroom sink, which was really off-putting. I didn't report it to the hotel, I just took the towel away. The room was honestly a bit too small. The elevator kept breaking down, which made getting around very inconvenient. And early in the morning there were people talking loudly in the hallway — I couldn't tell whether they were guests or staff

    Overall, it was the right place for me and my family.

    It was clean and staff was friendly. When I needed to extend my stay, they were able to accommodate me by letting me stay in the same room.

    I liked that it was close to the freeway and it had plenty of parking.

    Great Customer Service and Great clean hotel

    Pictures do not do it justice. Very good location and very clean with great customer service. The room itself was just great, very clean with no bad odor or anything. Would definitely stay here again.
