    Pleasant and as expected

One of the cleaner motels we’ve stayed in over the past couple of years. The breakfast was above average also. The staff was very friendly.

There was a strong, unpleasant odor as we exited the elevator on the second floor. But it dissipated over the next several hours.

The Hotel was clean, the front desk people were very nice and helpful, my husband loved the bed!

Easy to find and get to. The breakfast was very good. The lady’s working we’re very friendly and we’re doing a great job keeping tables wiped off and clean-it was a busy weekend.

    Everything was good

Breakfast was fine. One of the only hotels where the biscuits weren't hard little pucks.

Well... the guy working the night shift when we got there got us checked in and since we weren't able to get a handicap accessible room, he was supposed to get us a shower chair. I kept reminding him for the next 4 hours and he finally said he couldn't find one. Didn't know where they all went. Long story short, dude never even looked for one. I caught him twice laying on the floor in the lounge area watching TV and BSing with 2 older men guests. I ended up going to Walmart right before closing time and buying a metal folding chair to use in the shower. But get this... there's more. The next morning I go to the elevator to go downstairs to get breakfast. What do I see?? The closet door next to the elevator wide open and there sits not 1, but 2 shower chairs! Then, the deadbolt on our room door didn't work and it was addressed downstairs and she had maintenance come up to the room with me to look at it. Nothing ever got fixed. Last of all, the parking situation sux! Not enough handicap parking and we ended up having to park in the very back of the hotel parking and our room was actually up front. Its really hard on both guests who are handicap and one has to have enough room to get their mobility scooter/chair in and out of the vehicle. Bad thing is, with the limited room with parking, when we got the scooter out of the vehicle friday night, a knob that folds the steering and handlebars actually got hung up and broke off due to no maneuverability room to properly abd safely get it out of the vehicle.
