    Nice clean rooms with professional and helpful staff.

    The staff were professional and very helpful. Especially the ladies at the reception.

    Location was not convenient for public transportation.

    I wouldn’t stay again and I don’t really recommend

    Not much apart from the location and I liked the vending machine for amenities very handy.

    Room wasn’t clean so I had to change it, then sofa bed wasn’t made. Had to ask twice for it to be done. For a rude staff member to come do it with attitude and said why don’t you just change rooms. I had to haul luggage around with a 3 year old I said no.

    Comfortable stay

    Staff were amazing Sam and Maliaika were awsome very imformative and helpful

    The breakfast also no eggs available on the day and breakfast display was very average

    Location was great for the NEC and have the Little owl next door was a bonus

    Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Rooms were very spacious
