    How when I booked property damage was included and parking fee which I’m sorry who would book there if there’s no parking and you have to pay to go park

    Great weekend with books and friends.

    The location. I could walk to the event at the civic center instead of hassling with parking garages.

    Issue occurred during check-in with the hotel having no record of our reservation. The front desk employee was dealing with it for a long time. We did eventually got checked in but I will probably avoid booking with booking.com in the future. They clearly have communication issues.
