This will be my last interaction with booking.com.

    Quiet environment

I was mislead by the room’s description. Room with two double beds. Supposed to be two queen size beds. I have checked other hotel booking app, same property listed as twin room with 2 single beds which pretty straight forward. Totally disappointed on how booking’s staff handling my case. Sent me a link via email and expecting me to click within 12 hours. Which I had missed because I was still on my vacation. After my trip, I ask for resend, the staff still asked me back what is the link? How would I know what’s the link about?
