    The beds and pillows were comfortable

    Our room smelled like wet dog as soon as we walked in, I called the front desk, the gentleman apologized and said to come back down and he would get us another room. We got into our second room and there was brown stuff smudged on the curtain/shade, not enough towels, stains on walls, no hand soap, (front desk couldn’t find any in storage and said to wait until morning when other staff come in)- the ice machines were broken. Breakfast the first morning was cool and dried out. The second morning there was no juice, completely out , the poor lady taking care of the breakfast area was very sweet and apologetic- front desk did give out bottles of water for the Inconvenience. There was a female staff that worked afternoon/evening, everytime we walked in or out she was sitting on her personal phone either in the lobby area or behind the desk,having loud conversations - she failed to greet anyone walking in/out and was not dressed appropriately for “work” in our opinion, if you want your chest hanging out , I don’t think this should be the job for that.
