    We enjoyed our break

    Breakfast was good maybe more staff to clear tables as the staff were very very busy. More fruit on offer at breakfast would have been good

    Evening meal was cold. Could not give me a dairy free meal had to take a kids meal

    A nice wee break in Edinburgh!

    The location is good, easy to grab a bus into town so it is very handy for a city break. Staff are all cheery and helpful.

    The building is a bit dated, although there has been a decent attempt to modernise it. The main issue is the temperature control in the rooms. The AC kit is old and noisy and inefficient and the staff lock off the controls so there is no in-room control unless you ask front desk to un-lock it. We have stayed here before, so we knew what to expect but it is where the main investment needs to be made.

    Alles was prima en zoals ik gewend ben van een Holiday Inn hotel. De ligging was ook goed, want met de bus waren we zo aan het begin van Princess Street. De bus in en betalen met pinpas en de hele dag met de bus rond van een paar euro. Ideaal.
