    Spacious room, but facilities need improvement.

    The room was spacious, comfortable and generally pleasant for a short stay. Breakfast was reasonable, and the hotel was adequate overall for a one night visit.

    There are several areas where the hotel could improve. Firstly, there was no refrigerator in the room, which was disappointing given Guilin’s warm and humid climate. The advertised gym was particularly disappointing. It was essentially a seating area with two or three treadmills, with no weights, dumbbells, resistance machines or other exercise equipment. The room was dark when I visited, so I couldn’t establish whether the treadmills were operational. There were also no towels, drinking water or visible sanitising facilities. Describing this as a gym feels misleading to guests expecting a proper fitness facility. Breakfast was acceptable, but the food labelling could be significantly improved. Meat dishes were not clearly identified by type, making it difficult for guests with religious, dietary or personal restrictions to know what they could safely eat. As someone who does not eat pork, I had to avoid several dishes because I couldn’t identify the ingredients and the staff do not speak English either when asked. The coffee machine also appeared to have a minor issue, although this wasn’t a major concern. These are constructive observations that I hope the hotel will consider to improve the guest experience.

    Excellent location and clean rooms. Cui cui tour guide and the driver we got through her showed us around Longji rice terraces it was great!

    Estancia perfecta.

    Hotel perfecto. Limpio, bien ubicado, desayuno con mucha variedad y el personal habla inglés y muy educado. Lo recomiendo al 100%.
