    Breakfasr was ok. We really liked the girl at the front desk!! Very friendly and helpful!!!

    We had an excellent experience at this Bluffton Holiday Inn.

    Clean, well managed hotel, friendly polite staff.

    Nothing. We actually left another similarly ranked hotel in the area which was a major disappointment. The Holiday Inn Express in Bluffton SC was superior in every way.

    Room next to icemaker!

    We were in a room next to a noisey ice maker and asked to be moved. No problem at all.

    Being booked into a handicapped room by Booking.com...next to the icemaker!

    We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again

    Central location for our needs, beds were comfortable and the staff was so nice. Loved that they have a washer and dryer. My husband loved their breakfast.

    The breakfast had no gluten free or dairy free options. I was only able to eat the breakfast on our last day. No milk alternative for the coffee or cereal. They do an egg omelet which either had cheese or peppers and I can’t eat either.
