Great stat overall and will stay again

    Clean, quiet

The front desk staff needs to be cross trained to do all aspects of the job. They are friendly but I had to wait for staff who knew how to make adjustments. Housekeeping was friendly and spoke to guests.

Having to pay for parking in Durant OK, in a parking lot that isn’t remotely close to ANY large facility was absolutely ridiculous and I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again as they said this was a corporate decision.

The man at the counter couldn't find our reservation and almost turned us away. After continuous pleading he finally gmfound our reservation and suttlly apologized. Completely unacceptable.
