We've been going to various holiday inn for several years and normally have enjoyed our stay. This time we were very tired after traveling. When we turned on the TV for a relaxing evening we could not get it to work. After calling management they came up to try and help us to no avail. The remote was not working either. We could not get the TV to power off. We had to cover the bright screen up with a blanket. It was a total inconvenient. The next day we were offered to move to another room which we did.

Breakfast was great. . Staff was friendly. We would stay here again.

Cleanliness was less than optimal. Dirt in corners and around baseboards in bathroom. Popcorn on floor in elevator. Pool was dirty with leaves

    Not happy

Breakfast was decent. Not enough towels. There were 4 tissues in the tissue box, used them, they replaced with 4 tissues. No coffee maker in room. Maids were not friendly, carpet needed repair in room, stopper in tub had been removed, the maids used the same elevator as guest and in the morning it was hard to use elevator because maids kept it busy and were not thoughtful of guests. Just not what I’ve been use to from Holiday Inn Express.
