Very clean
Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very nice, clean, and in a great location. I did run into an issue with my booking, but I especially want to recognize Theresa for her outstanding customer service! She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful in getting everything situated. Unfortunately, while Theresa was helping me, one of her coworkers made a rude and unnecessary remark about how long the process was taking. I found that very unprofessional, especially considering Theresa was simply doing her job and making sure a guest was taken care of. I truly hope management recognizes Theresa for the amazing employee she is. Her kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and I am extremely grateful for her help. It's unfortunate that someone providing such wonderful customer service has to deal with that kind of attitude from a coworker. Thank you again, Theresa! You turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience, and I genuinely appreciate you! ❤️

Room was very clean and the breakfast was really good. The front staff was very friendly.
The shower had very little pressure and the shower head was very small. It made the shower seem cold since only a part of your body got hot water.
