    Awful dirty not was I expecting from holiday inn express

    Nothing

    Clean your rooms thoroughly. The only positive was the lady at the front desk and tried to accommodate. She moved us to another room and it was just as terrible. First one smelled like smoke and dead people and the second room was dirty and there was a big blood smear underneath the TV stand

    Unexpected beauty, cleanliness, and comfort

    This was such an unexpected great value from cleanliness and comfort to breakfast and location. We had a balcony that faced the Colorado river. So beautiful to enjoy breakfast with a river view
