Nightmare of a Hotel

Everything. There was a water leak in the building so there was no hot water to any of the rooms. The fridge was dirty, the bathroom was full of hairs like it hadn’t been cleaned properly, there was garbage under the bed from a previous guest, the heater/air conditioner in the room didn’t work. When we complained to the staff and tried to get our money back they said we had to reach out to Booking and request a refund through them. So we waited on hold for a half hour just to be told they had to contact the hotel for a refund. We never did get refunded. Booking gave us a $15 voucher for the inconvenience which is useless as we will never use Booking again after all the trouble we’ve had. Anyways we ended up leaving because we have a 2 month old baby and could not stay in such a dirty place with no hot water. Seriously disappointed in the property and booking!

Very expensive,bad,bad experience!
The manager was great, the property was terrible.
Under construction, had to move rooms, room one had torn shade on window,badly damaged desk.construction equipment left in room. They kindly moved me. NO in room coffee, that was the worst! The manager Beca, was wonderful, tried her best to make things right. Not worth the money, I feel I need a partial refund for this stay. A bad experience!
