Great Hotel... if you're arriving and departing from Terminal 4 only

    - The Staff, I found the staff to be authentic and helpful. This includes: reception, concierge, breakfast, and cleaning services - The rooms were bigger and more comfortable than I expected, and it was kept spotless. - The breakfast was more than sufficient to have a good start to the day.

    - LOCATION!!! Terminal 4 is a terrible location, unless you're arriving/departing from T4, and not going anywhere else. My flights were to and from T5, and logic would dictate that they were next to each other, but not the case. T4 is the most inconvenient location ever. I couldn't even get a Bolt or Uber to come to the hotel because it was "outside of their pickup area". Probably not an option any time soon, but would be great if they could relocate to a better terminal.

    Clean Comfortable and convenient.

Would stay here again, its convenient, clean, comfortable and a great breakfast! On top of that all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

The convenience of being at Heathrow airport and easy to go to central London by train from the airport.

    I can't think of anything I didn't like
