    All was as expected for a Holiday Inn but Ellis, front of house associate was exceptional. Cannot fault him…will not fault him.

    Friendly staff, very clean throughout. Excellent location for visiting the Metrocentre and getting into Newcastle. The staff were very helpful about the area and what public transport is use.
