    Gross.

Check in wasn’t seamless - this isn’t my first time here. She tells me twice my card did not go through and I explained that I needed to insert it into the machine and put the pin in - it was an international transaction for me. Just embarrassing. I said I shouldn’t have to fill out the paperwork again I do it every time. She said well you are not a IHG member. I sure am. Then the room looked like someone shaved something hairy behind the bathroom door and the shower was awful. I own two Airbnb’s - this was gross and not acceptable for the cost. They offered me a 1000 IHG rewards. How about a complimentary stay and you make sure it’s spotless when I come. Carpets were not vacuumed. I’m sure the sheets weren’t clean but I don’t want to even think about it. 2 towels. WTF

Cleanliness. I only come here because it’s close to work and typically clean. Although incredibly dated - I never had this before.
