    Poor management

    Very comfortable desk chair. Convenient location.

    Planned a pool closure for my dates after I reserved and didn't bother informing me or anyone else with prior bookings. Talk about a bait and switch. Absolute BS. I only found out because I was looking up pool hours before my stay. They offered a refund but I didn't have time to make other arrangements and we were past the booking.com refund window. Trying to make the best of it, I said I would take a bath instead - but they didn't write me back to say they only have showers. Requested a quiet room and was initially placed next to the elevator. Manager was too chicken to call me when I requested to speak with them upon check-in. No discount offered.

    All amenities available. 5min drive to nearest Safeway for grocery shopping. 30min from Woodburn Outlet Mall. I think it's the best location if u want to shop at woodburn.

    Nice hotel with easy access to Portland

    Some of the reviews complained of noise, but that was not our experience. The place was full, but our room was quiet and well appointed. The breakfast had good variety.

    We didn’t have any complaints.
