    Very disappointed

    Very frustrated. Was only staying for one night for a job next day. Had company card to pay for room. Had reserved room with personal card but gave check in clerk company card to pay. She ran wrong card and charged my personal account. Said manager would have to change it the next day. Next day manager required my boss to come in for proof ok to use card, makes sense, but said he would take care of issue. I tried to talk to him again later before checking out because receipt still showed our card but he (manager ) was dismissive and just said I am taking care of it. As of today, its still not taken care of. It came out of our account. Will not return due to unable to properly check customers in and out. It has become a big hassle and money that is out of our account that was not to be taken out.

    Decent and convenient. Not wonderful

    Convenient access to freeway.

    Needed a good exterior cleaning. Lots of bird poop and cobwebs
