I love the breakfast choice and the staff in the breakfast room are very nice even though they can't speak English

The staff who need to be able to speak English does not speak English the only thing she said was no English no English and you are working as a receptionist how could that be in this world at this time at this age

Hotel is in a convenient location, walking distance of around 200m, from Hulan road metro station. Staff were excellent, allowed us to check in early. Breakfast was good. Rooms could benefit from newer carpets. Kettle, coffee Tea were available in the room. Overall good experience

    Good

Very nice breakfast and comfortable beds.

Tried to charge us for an extra bed after only providing 4 beds despite making a reservation for 5 people. Also very far from the centre of Shanghai.
