The mini fridge was missing from the room and so was the body wash.

Worst check in
The room was clean
Our room was not ready. We booked a double bed because we have our 15 year old daughter with us. Who is attending a softball camp at Western NM University. We had to accept a king room with no extra bed or couch. My husband had to sleep on the floor. The staff made me feel as this was my fault when I asked for a discount, which was declined because I didn't pay the hotel chain directly. Horrible experience.
