    Housekeeping did not service my room but one day during my day stay and that was to exchange towels and refill totally e

    The front desk staff was extremely friendly.

    The first day I signed in I was a little early so my room wasn’t ready so I waited until check in but it still wasn’t available when actual check time arrived so I had to leave and come back later. I was offered a space to store my bags but I declined. Once I did get into my room, I found the top sheet on the bed stained and no soap in either of the soap dispensers in the bathroom. I used my face wash and pulled the sheet off as I was extremely tired from my flight and having to leave and come back later since my room wasn’t ready when I arrived initially. The second day I got towels exchanged as I was talking with housekeeping briefly while in the bathroom regarding towels left by the door. The third day I wasn’t in the room, however I used towels and trash by the door and when I returned later that night they were still at the door and nothing had been done in the room. The bed wasn’t made and nothing had been cleaned.

    ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC and I hope I get to come back soon!

    Every single person I met at this facility was SO KIND. I met the cleaning staff, breakfast person, super late front desk person, super early front desk person, manager and everyone was FANTASTIC. Also, seriously...most COMFORTABLE BED AND PILLOWS EVER. I travel A LOT and I wish I were going back to this hotel!

    the cost of the taxi to the hotel, but that is 100% NOT THEIR FAULT
