    It was the usual comfortable, clean HIE experience. I love the cinnamon rolls!

    The beds were comfortable, the pillows not so much. Breakfast was good

    The entrance was a little hard to find. It is overpriced looking at other Expresses in the Augusta area.

    Not one who normally loves a hotel stay, but this HIE was definitely one of my tops!

    The location for us was amazing! And the hotel was clean and well staffed, and the staff was AMAZING! The first girl that checked us in was so personable and fantastic at her job, and any contact of staff at the desk beyond that point was also very pleasant! Even adding an unexpected extra night's stay to our visit was quick, easy and so efficient. The breakfast in the morning was always well stocked, with many options to choose from, and a very attentive person tending to it. It tasted good and was warm, which was definitely appreciated. And the beautiful eating area with that view out the windows was so wonderful. Coffee and cookies when you need them...way to go HI, great job! The grounds were clean and kept up nicely, with manicured areas being fresh and the property landscaped wonderfully. That is a big deal to some folks like me. Thanks for the nice visit!

    The pull out sofa mattress was very soft, so much so that an adult really couldn't use it. And our bathroom floor was very sticky, although I assumed that was simply the cleaning pads they use for mopping. The area from the elevators on our floor needed a good mopping, as someone had dripped something to or from their room. But the elevators were relatively clean otherwise.
