    Great visit

    The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean. There was a nice variety of food choices for breakfast. The staff were all very nice and helpful with the exception of a night clerk named Lilly.

    I did not like the attitude of the evening/night desk clerk Lilly. She was rude and definitely not very helpful. I flew here to Albuquerque because my brother was in critical condition at the hospital. I needed to extend my stay and she told me I would have to check out and then check back in and change rooms the next day. I spoke with the day clerk the following the morning and she fixed everything so that I could stay in the same room. I am spending 12 hours a day at the hospital and did not want to have to move my luggage into my vehicle and back into a different room. I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the lady that fixed everything for me because she was very kind and helpful. Lilly needs some lessons in being kind and helpful. I won't let Lilly ruin my review but I hope someone takes note of her rudeness.

    The room was great, clean, well lit, and the bed soft and comfortable. Also loved having the laundry facility there, which were easy to use with the app. Excellent options for breakfast.

    The price was pretty high, despite it being the Balloon Fiesta
