    Terrible Experience - Rude & Combative Front Desk Staff

    Good location.

    The staff working the front desk on October 1-October 2, 2026 were combative, rude, and unprofessional. There was no hot water during my stay, and the hotel did not offer compensation—only bonus points, which is not sufficient. Additionally, I had to transfer to another room due to the first one having soiled bedding. The newly assigned room also reeked of an odor that was horrible.

    Should I be back in that area for business, I will book this place again!

    Location was perfect for my needs. Room was spacious and comfortable.

    No towels at pool, had to take from room, then go get more from front desk.
