Under awful circumstances, it was a pleasant day. I even extended my stay through the hotel itself. They were nice enoug

I loved the hospitality of the staff. Specifically Byron, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. This property is off Chippewa, but about 5 minutes from Buffalo General Hospital.

I rather speak directly with the owners or management with my opinions.

The lay over from a great week at Cape cod.

It was clean, easy to check in and the info we asked for was clear. All of the people we ran into were polite and friendly.

The breakfast was busy and the girl hostess was behind and no one to helper. She should be better prepared ar receive help from the manager. The food was good.
