    A bit more attention to maintenance and cleaning would make a huge difference.

    The window sound-proofing was excellent, which is important in an airport hotel. The room-darkening curtains were excellent.

    The upkeep of the room was quite poor. The bathtub and the sink plunger didn't work, and the counters in the room had ring-marks that could have been cleaned easily. Unfortunately, the sound-proofing in the ceiling was poor, and it sounded like we had a family of elephants staying above us.

    Pool and fitness centre closed

    Staff were excellent. breakfast was very good too.

    We chose this hotel for its pool and workout room. Both were closed, without any notice on the booking website. That was a problem for us as our boys had counted on an afternoon playing in the pool. Big disappointment.
