Clean, hot shower, comfy beds, great free breakfast and helpful staff! Perfect stay!
First and foremost the staff went above and beyond helping us with dinner suggestions and then help with cutlery, late night! The breakfast was delish with meats, eggs, biscuits, bagels and juices, & pancakes ! King bed was so comfy, tv channels were ok! Very clean and bath exceptional!!! Would stay again!

Location is great. Views to the west are great.
Understaffed. Waited in line for 10 minutes to ask a simple question while the only member of the staff was discussing reservations with a fiuture potential customer. his happened twice. They started charging $5 for parking which is most annoying.

We did not get breakfast. We just left.
We got into the room late in the day and was ok until the electricity went out! They kept trying to flip the breaker.....it did not work. Then they went down to try again .....nothing!! I finally told them we need a new room and gave us one on a different floor. (my daughter was in the shower in the dark when the lights went out BTW) The heat didn't work very well in that room but, we were very tired. My daughter had surgery the next day and we were very stressed!

Will not stay there again.
We asked for wheelchair accessable and the bathroom was not. Did approve of having to pay $5 per night for parking,
