    Great until the hold placed on my charge card was clarified. See above.

    When I checked out I was told booking.com would send me a receipt. I was under the impression that the hold on my charge card would be released by booking.com. only to discover Holiday Inn placed the hold. I was not told when the hold would be released. I had to contact booking.com yesterday to intervene. The customer service agent spoke with the general manager and was told they my hold would be released in 7-10 business days. Unexpectectable.
