    Family visit

This is our second visit. We loved the suite room! It was pristine, and the restroom was clean and very nice! The front desk staff yesterday evening and at night were very helpful and friendly (July 25, 2026). Cleaning staff was extra friendly and helpful. Constructive feedback: VERY disappointed in the demeanor and rudeness of Deidra (in charge of the kitchen this morning of July 26, 2026). We were also disappointed that the pancake machine was off. There was an out of order sign but it seemed more like they just didn't want to deal with cleaning it afterwards. Also, most of the clear cups in the kitchen had hairs or debris in them, as if they had been dropped and picked up instead of disposed. However, the food was tasty, and we loved the yogurt. We also would like to see the hot tub/jacuzzi back in service. It's been a year and they still have not fixed it. Also didn't like the smell of cat poop and cat fur in the parking lot. The hotel staff feed many cats and makes the place smells bad! Cats jump on top of cars.

I had a great experience during our stay. A special shout-out to Cristina from the breakfast department. She treated us like family and made us feel truly welcome. Thank you, Cristina! We will make sure to stay at this hotel whenever we travel to Los Angeles from Sacramento, just to see you again.
