Not worth the money
Honestly, it’s in a great location.
Kids were running around the lobby non-stop. Bugs in room, dirty floor, used toilet paper still in room, dirty comfortable. Not worth the $200 we were charged. Very unsatisfied!

Wait until it improves before you stay .!
The location was close enough to NGHS to be convenient. We have been IHG members for over 25 years. Stayed at many different properties. The staff here DOUBLE CHARGED my paypal after I showed them the receipt AND explained I paid online. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE from staff when confronted with this problem. No reply to email. Room was NOT clean as to be elected. Sink, shower corners , around bowl, room edges. It was given a QUICK ONCE OVER, but NOT Cleaned. A/C system barely worked. Took over 10 minutes to turn on and start cooling, staff said to "wait and be patient" in a hot room blowing only a fan !!! at 1 AM. Breakfast had Good sausage, old imitation egg cheese ommlette not hot, warm juice and milk. VERY UNDER PERFORMING. ## OVER 1 WEEK AND STILL NO REPLY. CONTACTING CORPORATE NEXT##

Breakfast was adequate. Location was excellent.
TV was glitchy. Entire facility was pretty worn.
