    Good and happy stay with family

    Location was good, breakfast was fine, room was clean, comfy and spacious, there was sufficient car parking. Staff was cooperative and pleasent. Room cleaning was made on daily basis and we as family loved to stay again.

    There were not pair of disposable shoes available in the room.

    Extrêmement déçu : dimanche matin, il y avait 2 autobus de touristes. Évidemment, ils sont tous allés déjeuner à la même heure. Le buffet-déjeuner était à environ 300% de sa capacité. L'hôtel aurait facilement pu organiser le déjeuner de ce groupe dans une salle de reunion afin de libérer l'espace aux clients réguliers. Plein de gens ont dû manger assis sur un simple banc ou monter à leur chambre. C'était la folie pendant une heure. Tout ce que L'hôtel a trouvé à faire, c'est de placer une pancarte "section fermée" à l'entrée de la salle... que personne ne respectait. Une fois les autobus partis, le calme est revenu au buffet-déjeuner

    Il a été réussi à 100%

    Le déjeuner est bien. La chambre était très bien, propre. le café bon et ls lits confortables. J'hôtel est très bien situé près des restaurants des salles de spectacle et près du départ de l'atobue de la ville. L'équipement incluant le micro-ondes

    L'intérieur de la chambre était très froid à notre arrivée vers 15h30

    Pet fee insanely high

    The employees were polite although unhelpful

    The pet fee is ridiculously high and not advertised so once you check in you are just assaulted with that extra fee, but the cancellation fee is even higher so you have to pay it.
