    My Holiday Inn Express experience was not a good one. I won't be returning.

    Staff was friendly and courteous. Easy access to the location and ample parking.

    My king room had leaks from the ceiling over the shower. We were moved to a less spacious room with two queen beds. Housekeeping needs to be a little more mindful of dirt in corners. Facility was old. Carpet and lobby furniture were dirty., Lobby rug was especially dirty. Elevators were slow, and one elevator was out of service on the second of my three days there. Wi-Fi service was not available on the second day night. The breakfast was okay, but the juices were bitter. It was disappointing to not see a waffle machine there.
