CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, AND FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES
I had very enjoyable one night stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Hawthorne, New York. The entire property is very clean and very well maintained. I made my reservation through the Holiday Inn Website and check-in was very quick and easy. The employees at the front desk were very friendly and professional and recognized me as a reward member. My King room was large and very well attended. The room was clean and the bed was well made and very comfortable. The Wi-fi was consistent and worked well throughout my stay. This hotel features a large well lit parking lot that it shares with a couple of other businesses. The breakfast area featured eggs, breakfast meat, pastries, cereal, juice and coffee. It also features warm cinnamon rolls and the popular pancake roller. The breakfast attendants did an very good job keeping the area clean and well stocked throughout the advertised hours. Overall, this is a very nice hotel that is well managed, and the employees strive to ensure that guests have a nice stay.

Spacious, clean room
Spacious clean rooms and lobby. The breakfast area felt a bit cramped. The staff were all attentive and gracious. Altogether a good experience for us.

The staff was very nice and took care of the refrigerator issue we had, as well as the toilet that didn't flush well. The breakfast was nice, the gym was small but we used it both days we were there. The room was spacious with a nice couch and quiet AC. Walking distance to a few restaurants. Coffee and tea available 24/7. Would stay again for sure..
