Will not be back!
The convenience and the bed was comfortable.
Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing and fell well below expectations. Both the room and hallway had a noticeable cigarette smoke odor, and the lighting throughout the property was inadequate. I had specifically requested a room with a jetted tub, but the tub was not properly cleaned, making me uncomfortable using an amenity I had been looking forward to. The lobby also appeared poorly maintained and lacked cleanliness. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed to be having disagreements with one another, creating an unprofessional and unwelcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, this continued the following morning when I came down for breakfast and witnessed staff members arguing while preparing the breakfast area. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and unprofessional interactions among staff made for a very unpleasant experience. As a guest, I expect a clean, comfortable environment and courteous service. Sadly, neither expectation was met during this stay. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements for future guests.
