I'm traveling for business, Holiday Inn says the invoice shall be issued by Booking.com, Booking.com says the invoice must be issued by Holiday Inn. I've had like-problems with Holiday Inn, I'm considering not to travel anymore with them

The room provided was not acceptable, but the staff was understanding and accommodating.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We requested a refund based on the condition of the room we were assigned (another room could not be accommodated), and the staff was very friendly and helpful in facilitating the refund. The location worked out well for what we needed.
The room had a distinct unpleasant odor to it, and was not in the best condition. But the worst part: my wife, daughter and I stepped out for a commitment we had. The weather had cooled off at night. When we got back to our room we turned the temperature up on the room’s AC/heating unit. When it turned on the room was overtaken (badly) with the smell of urine. We couldn’t stand it, collected our belongings and headed to the front desk to inquire about a refund.

I liked the help, breakfast and closeness to the airport. The van driver was excellent.
The age of the place showed the flooring in elevator and public space and the chalking in bathroom. Also, the lighting in the room was horrible. Two bulbs were burnt out and we didn't tell them till the next morning. Even with the bulbs replaced it still was very dark.
