    Cleanliness

    Do away with the duvet. Bath tub/shower combination was extremely slippery. No mat.

    Wonderful!

    Breakfast was great. They ran out of hot water, so there was no tea or hot chocolate. The bed was very comfortable! The blinds were wonderful. The fireplace didn't work, and we were told none of them do; they are being removed from the rooms. Which was not true. I stayed a week ago, and my room had a working fireplace.

    The refrigerator was not cold.

    Never again

    Creepy homeless live put back of building staff the first guy we delt with when our keys kept not working was nice but didnt know much an then the night guy I think was manger was rude we left the same night we checked in

    Dirty room dirty pool room an hot tub was nasty looking
