    Breakfast stinks

    Location was close to restaurants and stores.

    Breakfast. They had no eggs or meat or milk for coffee. Just potatoes, cinnamon rolls, and biscuits and gravy.

    Not happy with very lazy staff

    The property was clean. The right said it was near or the lake and that is not true. It’s in the shopping mall.

    Check in took forever. Lisa checked us in and she was very slow. She smiled and said sorry that it’s taking so long but this is what happens when you book through Booking.com. Check in continued for over 10 minutes. We talked about the fact that I had a young grandchild with me and was happy that we had a suite with the pullout couch. When we got to the room, there were no sheets for the pullout anywhere. I went downstairs as no one would pick up the phone, and finally found Lisa. I asked her for sheets. She went in the back and came out 20 minutes later with them. The hotel is also very noisy. I could hear people moving furniture above us. They ran out of food at the breakfast
