    Disappointing, the staff seemed overwhelmed and the whole operation unorganized.

    Nothing

    Breakfast was bad. It was so low staffed and a lot was broken (coffee machine, pancake machine) or missing (no coffee lids, not even cereal bowls - they gave us to go lids for food to eat out of). This occurred both mornings. We also had an empty body wash, not enough towels for the number of guests we booked for, no tissues, and used toilet paper rolls. The shower head was molded. It took until Saturday evening to get body wash and we asked first thing that am for some.

    Fantastic, we will stop by the next time we travel to Florida.

    The pancake maker is an improvement and the pancakes taste like homemade pancakes. I also enjoyed eating real bacon not turkey bacon 😋

    I did not see anything I did not like, great job

    Hotel was clean, disappointed in front desk staff service. Was rude upon checking in.

    Room was as expected for Holiday Inn except there was only one towel and wash cloth in room.

    Lack of towels, hand towels and wash cloths.
