first impression. the desk as I checked in. the manger on duty told me after we just checked in. informed me the elevator was broken. both of them. I asked what was the problem. he said they needed buttons. I asked him when will they be fixed. he said he had no idea. because they are special. BS. but I gave it benefit of doubt. then I asked for 1st floor room because if my knee injury. he told me they where given them to fire fighter. and that makes no sense. I was a fire fighter!! he never offered to assist us with luggage to are room. so I went up to are room. the room was very clean. absolutely. so at night time came we. called front desk for extra pillows. he said. come and get them he said he the only person at the desk. so I went down. stairs he left the pillows at desk. but he was no where to be found. strike #2 so ok. morning came i went down stairs to breakfast. there was they younger kinda girl looked like she just jumped out of bed 745am. in her pajamas make food for guest. them I went to get orange juice. it has flies around the juice. I noticed flys around old bannas. them to top it off . a cocroach on the wall. strike #3 i meet the house keeping crew. the supervisor is on top of it . and to boot someone left some clothes in hallway and its been there for past 3 hours. I saw your manager walking around looking like hes busy. what joke. we checked out with in the hour. and I waited to see if the desk manager would ask how my stay was .!! I discussed my concerns. he never once apologized or even showed any sense of responsibility .strike # 4 I travel quite often. I would rather sleep in my car. .

Beds were nice and front desk lady was awesome!
Elevators were broken,shower dripping all the time, 1 ice machine was broken,microwave didn’t want to work.

Check in/Check out was quick and easy. They had my name backwards (first and last) but we figured it out.
The fridge kicked on every 10 to 15 minutes which made for a semi restless night.
