Nice hotel, but the cleaning staff need to be held accountable. They are doing a terrible job here..
The staff members downstairs were helpful and friendly. The pool was a great bonus to the facility, and we utilized it daily. They had a lot of allergy friendly snacks for complimentary breakfasts, and check in was simple.
The refrigerator was turned all the way down, causing it to leak and defrost completely. We used 5 towels to clean up the mess. Instead of just letting us switch fridges, we were told we would need to switch rooms to a whole different floor. I said no way, after realizing my family had brought everything into the room already, and the cart was put back. It would be a huge inconvenience after traveling all day. The fire alarm was hanging out of the ceiling, by the cords. I let her know and again, she wanted me to switch rooms. We declined and just dealt with the faulty wiring. They also had construction going on all weekend in the rooms next to us, so that was fun to listen to. The drain in the bathtub didnt work, causing the water to quickly back up within second of the water being turned on. It was very obviously clogged and the top wouldn't even unplug all the way. If the cleaning ladies cleaned the tub, they would have known this because you couldnt run it for more than 30 seconds without it backing all the way up and filling the tub completely. I also found at least 4 thick black long hairs in our bedding, and attached to the walls around the fridge. It was absolutely disgusting since the room was just "cleaned." We paid over 200 a night for this room, and I'm sure if it wasnt for the pool, we would have left right away and asked for a refund.
