I asked for a small table for my room with an extra chair. Denied request. I’ll never be dack

    It was ready as promised

Staff just didn’t want to be there. No smiles, avoided a Good Morning gesture.

    Won’t be staying there again.

There was a lot of room in the room.

Our room smelled, we paid for a suite because we needed to sleep 6 people but the pull out bed was broken. As my husband was putting the bed back(which was a chore) he was scratched by a piece of metal that was all of a sudden sticking out of the frame. It was a mess.

    Comfortable, clean and affordable

Very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool was cold, so that was disappointing. The breakfast was decent but the pancake maker didn’t seem to work well.
