    A great downtown stay with excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and an ideal location near top attra

    We had a great 2-night stay. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is unbeatable—situated on a convenient corner lot with easy two-road access and close to major downtown attractions like the CN Tower, Eaton Centre, and local museums.

    The underground parking access felt a bit hard and expensive ($35 per night), though having parking available in downtown Toronto was still convenient.

    Excellent séjour : hôtel propre, bien situé, service impeccable et confort au top

    Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel à Toronto et nous en gardons une excellente expérience. L’établissement est très bien situé, idéal pour découvrir la ville à pied. Les chambres sont impeccablement propres, spacieuses, avec une literie très confortable. Le personnel est vraiment agréable, toujours souriant et disponible. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, varié et bien organisé. Un point que nous tenons à souligner : les chambres sont faites tous les jours, ce qui n’a pas été le cas dans certains hôtels pourtant plus luxueux de notre séjour. Ici, le service est irréprochable. Autre détail très appréciable : des boissons chaudes gratuites 24h/24 près de la réception, parfait après une longue journée de visite. Nous étions au 15ᵉ étage, avec une jolie vue côté rue. C’est un peu bruyant, mais rien d’anormal pour une grande ville comme Toronto. En résumé : excellent rapport qualité‑prix, hôtel propre, confortable, bien placé, avec un personnel au top. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

    Unser Auto war leider zu hoch und passte nicht in das Parkhaus .
